Otjikwara River Camp is situated in the Otjuzondjupa region of Namibia.

Our charcoal, briquettes, bio char and firewood is produced from the Acacia invasive bush species (Machete) that are found on the savannahs of this region.

Bush encoachment is a serious problem in Namibia and by harvesting these invasive bushes we are

re-establishing and managing these savannah areas.

We produce our charcoal products and firewood in a regulated environmental management plan that comply with the Namibian Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water as well as the

Namibian Ministry of Labour.

An annual inspection audit is done by The Director of Forestry to ensure that a good and regulated standard is kept and met during production of these charcoal products.

Our vision is to produce a Premium Quality Charcoal Product for the Local and Export market and by managing the invasive bush species that is destroying the Savannah habitat
