Selective harvesting Machete hardwood (Acacia invasive bush) from farm in accordance with the Namibia Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Waters regulation and guidelines.

Transporting this timber to a central storage facility.

Loading timber into charcoal kilns made of steel, to convert Machete hardwood to lump wood charcoal. This process takes about 3 days.

Remove lump wood charcoal from the kilns, and place into storage, to allow the lump wood charcoal to condition and stabilise.

Screen the lump wood charcoal into 3 sizes; greater than 20-80 mm for restaurants, 20-60mm for industry, and leisure, and less than 20mm to be used for making charcoal briquettes and Bio-Char.

The smallest grade into 5 above is hammer milled to a fine powder, and made into charcoal briquettes.

The lump wood charcoal, charcoal briquettes and Bio-Char are packed into 3kg boxes, 4kg paper bags and other size packaging pending on customer requirements.

Packed product is placed into storage on pallets, prior to being delivered to the market place. Exports are all in containers, and local and neighboring countries product is sent by road.
